Pele: Robinho had to be total nuts

BRAZILIAN legend Pele reckons his fellow countryman Robinho ‘needs counselling’ for turning his back on a move to Chelsea.
The Manchester City new boy caused a big shock in his homeland when he opted for a £32.5million switch to Eastlands. That came after he had spent the previous few weeks trying to engineer a move away from Real Madrid and expressing his wish to go to Stamford Bridge. Many believe Robinho moved just for the reported £95,000 a week offered by City. Pele, 67, said: “Chelsea are lucky. This boy needs some serious counselling. He has been badly advised.” Former Real coach Vanderlei Luxemburgo added: “If you want to become the best, you need a team with possibilities to shine. I don’t know if his football or his career will go back at City.”
